Some vendors try to hide their high prices behind a “Free Shipping” offer, but we ain’t falling for that. We’re straight up with you, whether you’re down the street or across the country, giving you the best LED Lighting prices in the USA.

We keep things simple, giving you honest shipping rates right in your cart. No more memberships, no more guessing, no more minimum orders just to hit that “Free Shipping” mark. We’re all about keeping it real, folks!

Keep in mind, LEDLightingSurplus.com does a high volume of business with FedEx, and is able to negotiate substantially lower rates than the calculator will show to retail customers. We pass those savings on to you!

Shipping Timing

Orders received before 12 PM PST are typically shipped within 2 business days.

Please note that during federal holidays, orders will not be processed until the next business day. If you have a tight deadline, it’s advisable to contact us to confirm if your products can be shipped within the desired time frame.

FedEx Ground From Modesto

Your order of two or more items may arrive in multiple boxes on separate days, due to differences in availability and shipping locations. This does not result in additional shipping fees.

Some items, such as those containing hazardous materials, large or heavy items, or those that must be shipped via freight carrier, may not be eligible for 2-day delivery by air. These restrictions will be noted at the time of purchase.

We aim to accurately calculate shipping costs before you complete your purchase, however, in some cases, this may not be possible. If additional shipping or handling fees are necessary, we will notify you after the purchase and give you the option to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

We’ll set you up with a custom shipping quote. Unfortunately, we can’t ship outside the US at the moment.

For those using a PO-Box, we recommend using a freight forwarder for the final destination of your product. And just a heads up, anything marked as Freight (LTL) can’t be delivered to APO/FPO/DPO or PO-Box addresses since LTL carriers can’t make it there and most items are too big to be shipped via USPS/MPS.

Shipping & Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a quick email confirming that we’ve got your order in our system. Another email will follow when your order has been dispatched, and if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you’ll get more than one shipment confirmation email. Make sure to keep these email invoices for your records.

In the rare case where we can’t ship your entire order, we reserve the right to ship what we have in stock and put the rest of your items on backorder. We’ll keep you in the loop and send you an email with an estimated delivery date for your backordered items. And don’t worry, you won’t be charged any extra shipping fees for those items.
